No one knows your business like you do, and yet strategic planning within your own organization can be very difficult. You may even have a plan, but it’s tucked away in your mind somewhere; free to edit and revise on a whim.

The value of a strategic plan is almost impossible to quantify. With one in place, every department of your organization is unified under one vision. Priorities are aligned and productivity is enhanced. Employees are empowered to make decisions, guided by the goals outlined in the plan and distractions are minimized when requests come in that are misaligned with the vision.

SWOT Analysis: Organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified through a series of sessions conducted with executive management and other internal stakeholders

Market Research: Whether there be a need for information internally within the organization or externally  from the marketplace, we can conduct market surveys and studies to add data to the goals identified within the strategic plan

Identification of Key Opportunities: Following the SWOT analysis and survey(s), your organization’s core competencies and key opportunities will be identified and researched further.

One-year Strategic Plan: Compiling information gathered, you will be provided with a strategic plan acting as a roadmap for management to follow, guiding you to more efficiently and tactically reach your goals.

One -year Media Plan: In order to capitalize on your key opportunities through your marketing efforts, we will create a suggested media plan which outlines placement within recommended media channels optimizing reach to your target audience.
