The Client:

For nearly 25 years, Erin Collins & Associates, Inc. (ECA) has provided consulting services on employee benefits portfolios and corporate wellness programs to public and private sector organizations throughout Arizona, servicing over 15,000 plan participants statewide. As healthcare began to evolve on a national level, ECA knew they would need to evolve as well in order to stay competitive in their field.


The Solution:

Ignite’s Healthcare Team conducted strategic planning sessions with corporate executives in which key opportunities and strengths were identified. The team then coordinated a comprehensive, statewide client satisfaction study to validate internal beliefs regarding weaknesses and strengths and to identify opportunities for enhanced client satisfaction. Armed with the results from the planning session and the survey, the company was rebranded with a new logo, letterhead, collateral materials and website. A comprehensive business development program was created which included prospecting strategy, marketing communications and materials, sales scripts and a streamlined onboarding process.
